The bill EXPO 2016 Antalya has been adopted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly and entered into force.
When legislation was introduced the activities planned in 2016 for the universal botanical exhibit will be on the theme flower and child, to be held in Antalya in 2016, planned.
For the preparations of the organization, the EXPO 2016 Antalya Agency is to be established. Minister for Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Mehdi Eker said, in the 161 year history of the Expo Turkey will organize for the first time such a large organization. Furthermore, Eker said, considering the tourism potential of Antalya eight million tourists would be expected for a period of six months. EXPO is not just an exhibition organization, they would also contribute to develop the exhibition area into an attraction.
